I am not sure, I have heard of cleaners one can use but I've never had the need to use them. I do own a very dirty Nappa "Charm that I am considering sending to a bag spa. Even if I had a cleaner I wouldn't trust myself to do it as I know professionals can meke the bag look like new. Good luck!

Thanks Francesca. I've sent my bags to MyBagSpa for proper cleaning. Actually the off white metalasse needed a colour restoration so it will take about 4 weeks to get the bag looking like new.

I've recently purchased 2 Miu Miu bags (pre-owned) from Souq.com. Is there such a thing as DIY cleaning or should I let the experts do it at MyBagSpa? Thank you.
